Working with Esther is easy. She asks you to give her input, describe what your vision is, give all the details of how you feel it should or will look and Esther listens to you. From this information she will mockup a drawing first. This is a process of finding if she is on the same page as you. Once the drawing is completed then you can go over it with Esther and if you want to tweak it, majorly change it, move something she is willing to work it over.
